Renovations also include shared amenities such as dog parks, gyms, office spaces, playgrounds, and swimming pools.
The company’s corporate offerings now includes a full-suite professional property management company, Rise48 Residential, which delivers third-party fee management services to extend their high standard of property management to more communities, driving value for investors, lenders, and residents.
